My name is Mandy Bishop, Welcome to Elite Horizons.

I’m just a small-town girl, born and raised in the Gallatin Valley, where I grew up working alongside my dad in his tile installation business. From a young age to high school through college and into my early adult years, I learned the value of hard work, grit, and showing up no matter what.

Along the way, I chased my rodeo dreams—qualifying for multiple circuit finals and competing at the NRA Finals in both barrel racing and breakaway roping. But rodeo also taught me an important truth: to follow your passion, you need financial stability and a strong foundation.

After facing some life-changing events, I landed in Eastern Montana and took on a variety of jobs—School district secretary, ranch help, bartending to cleaning houses. Through it all, I found myself drawn to financial education. The more I learned, the more I realized how critical this knowledge is for the people I care about most: ranchers, farmers, rodeo athletes, and the Western way of life.

Now, it’s my mission to bring financial education down the dirt roads and into the hands of those who need it most. Because while the struggles are real, so are the solutions.
